Comprising the following construction steps that a core tube wall body is constructed, and steel beam connecting pieces are pre-buried in the core tube wall body; a temporary supporting frame is erected on the outer side of the current construction core tube wall; a steel beam is fixedly installed on the temporary supporting frame and connected with a steel beam embedded part on the core tube wall; performing floor support plate construction on the mounted steel beams; the temporary supporting frame is dismantled; and the dismantled temporary supporting frame is transferred to the floor under construction to be erected. According to the construction method, for small-scattered core tube construction, use of multiple creeping formwork bodies is avoided, meanwhile, the tension effect of peripheral steel structure construction loads on a core tube when the strength of core tube concrete is insufficient is reduced by means of the temporary supporting frames, wall cracks at the connecting position are effectively avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, the influence of core tube wall maintenance and climbing frame installation on the construction period in the traditional staggered-floor construction technology is reduced.
本发明涉及高层建筑施工的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高层核心筒与钢结构平层施工方法及临时支撑架。包括以下施工步骤:核心筒墙体施工,在核心筒墙体预埋钢梁连接件;在当前施工核心筒墙体外侧搭设临时支撑架;将钢梁安装固定在临时支撑架上并与核心筒墙体上的钢梁预埋件连接;在安装好的钢梁上进行楼承板施工;拆除临时支撑架;将拆除的临时支撑架移送到正在施工的楼层搭设。该发明针对“小散”核心筒施工,避免了多爬模架体的使用,同时借助临时支撑架减小核心筒混凝土强度不足时外围钢结构施工荷载对核心筒的拉力作用,有效避免了连接处墙体裂缝的产生,同时减少了传统“错层施工”工艺中核心筒墙体养护及爬架安装对工期的影响。
