The invention relates to an assembly type concrete building prefabricated outer wall abutted seam drainage pipe construction method which comprises the following steps that firstly, the flatness condition of a wall needs to be confirmed before construction, and a needed abutted seam is cleaned so as to prevent the situation that the waterproof effect becomes poor due to foreign matter residues in the seam; secondly, the abutted seam is filled with liner materials, masking paper is pasted to the portions, on the two sides of the abutted seam, of the wall body, the lower liner material is arranged in an inclined inverted-L shape, the upper liner material is arranged in a vertical shape, and a flow guide pipe needed for drainage is arranged in a gap between the liner materials and tightly attached to the liner materials; 3, glue needed to be used is mixed and stirred to be uniform and then placed in glue distribution equipment, glue distribution is carried out on the abutted seams from bottom to top through the glue distribution equipment, and in the glue distribution process, the glue distribution equipment can also carry out trowelling treatment on the glue till glue distribution is completed; and 4, after the tape glue is hardened, the masking paper is torn off, and the wall is cleaned.
