The invention relates to building construction, in particular to a construction method of a splicing seam drainage pipe of a prefabricated outer wall of an assembly type concrete building. The constructing method comprises the steps that a splicing seam is cleared, a foam round bar lining is plugged into a splicing seam cavity, the splicing seam is filled with sealant, and when the splicing seam is filled with the sealant, glue injection is conducted on the foam round bar lining, wherein before glue injection, an adhesion face is coated with a layer of prime coat liquid, after 5-10 minutes, the sealant is tightly attached to the foam round bar lining for glue injection, and the sealant is tightly attached to a backing material and connected with the inner walls of the three sides of the splicing seam, so that a drainage cavity subsection is formed; then, another foam round bar lining is plugged into a splicing seam cavity needing to be used as a drainage opening, glue injection is conducted, and then a drainage slope is formed; and the drainage pipe is installed on the glue face of the slope in an inclined manner. By utilizing the principle that the drainage pipe discharges waterin one direction, condensate water generated when the internal temperature and external temperature of the drainage cavity are different and the rainwater entering the cavity when the sealant of the outer wall is damaged or adhesion is ineffective are discharged, and it is avoided that external rainwater and insects enter the cavity through the drainage pipe.
