The invention relates to a pre-assembling and erecting method for a high and large plate buckle type scaffold. Comprising ring lock scaffold vertical rods, cross rods, diagonal draw bars and pins. The erecting method is characterized by comprising the steps that a specifically-adopted pre-assembling scheme is judged according to the height of a support, when the height of the support is larger than 10 m or the working condition is complex, a mixed pre-assembling method is preferentially selected, when the height of the support ranges from 6 m to 10 m, a horizontal type assembling method is preferentially selected, and when the height of the support is not larger than 6 m, a vertical type pre-assembling method is preferentially selected; surveying and setting out are carried out on a construction site, and the position of each vertical rod of each unit module is positioned; and the unit modules are assembled into a whole one by one through hoisting equipment. According to the method, an original scaffold is divided into a plurality of unit modules, then the unit modules are pre-assembled outside a construction site according to the modules, and finally the whole scaffold is assembled. The method can be carried out together with previous procedures, the construction period can be effectively shortened, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明是一种高大盘扣式脚手架预拼装搭设方法;包括盘扣脚手架立杆、横杆、斜拉杆、销钉;其特征是,搭设方法包括根据支架高度判定具体采用的预拼装方案,当支架高度大于10米或工况复杂时,优先选用混合预拼装法,当支架高度在6米~10米时优先选用卧式拼装法,当支架高度不大于6米时优先选用立式预拼装法;在施工场地上进行测量放线,定位好各单元模块每根立杆的位置;利用起重设备将各单元模块逐个拼装成一个整体。本方法将原脚手架划分为多个单元模块,再按照各个模块在施工场地外进行预拼装,最后再组装成整体脚手架。采用该方法可以与其前置工序共同进行,可以有效压缩工期、提高施工效率、降低施工成本。
