The invention relates to a construction method for suspension accumulative slippage of a rectangular roof truss, which comprises the following steps: one end of a crawling ejector is connected with a slippage steel rail, the other end of the crawling ejector is connected with an ejecting lug plate welded on a slippage support frame in a hinge point form, and the middle is driven by a hydraulic oil cylinder to crawl; mounting and hanging slippage of the rectangular trusses are carried out alternately, one span between the trusses is hung and slid each time, the hanging slippage distance of the trusses is gradually accumulated and increased, and finally the mounting design position is reached; and after accumulative slippage is in place, measuring and observing if a local point position has downwarping, finely adjusting a vertical deflection value through a jack, and mounting an inlaying section after adjusting in place. According to the method, in the roof truss machining stage, a sliding supporting frame and a truss are manufactured into a whole, and a suspension type sliding supporting frame is formed; the truss accumulatively suspends and slides in place, and the vertical deflection value is finely adjusted only at a local descending point position by adopting a jack to ensure that the elevation meets the design requirement; the process can accelerate the overall construction efficiency of the project, shorten the construction period and save the construction cost.
本发明是一种矩形屋盖桁架悬挂累积滑移的施工方法,包括爬行顶推器一端与滑移钢轨连接,另一端以铰接点形式与滑移支撑架上焊接的顶推耳板连接,中间利用液压油缸驱动爬行;矩形桁架的安装和悬挂滑移交替进行,每次悬挂滑移一个桁架间跨距,桁架悬挂滑移距离逐次累积增加,最后达到安装设计位置;累积滑移就位后,进行测量观测如局部点位有下挠,通过千斤顶微调竖向挠度值,调整到位后进行嵌补段安装。本方法在屋盖桁架加工阶段,将滑移支撑架与桁架制作成为一体,形成悬挂式滑移支撑架;桁架累积悬挂滑移到位,仅局部下降点位采用千斤顶去微调竖向挠度值,确保标高符合设计要求;本工艺能够加快工程整体施工效率,减少施工的工期,节约施工成本。
