According to the preparation method, Nb-doped LLZO nano powder is prepared by adopting a sol-gel method, and the Nb-doped LLZO solid electrolyte sheet is prepared by combining normal-pressure sintering. The electrochemical performance of the solid electrolyte is changed through Nb element doping, the LLZO solid electrolyte with the single-doped Nb element occupying the Zr site is obtained, and the solid electrolyte is of a stable cubic phase structure at the room temperature.
