LLZO LLZO METHOD OF PREPARING LLZO SOLID ELECTROLYTE LLZO SOLID ELECTROLYTE AND ALL SOLID STATE LITHIUM ION BATTERY COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (LLZO) solid electrolyte, the lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (LLZO) solid electrolyte, and an all-solid-state lithium secondary battery including the same. The method for preparing a lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (LLZO) solid electrolyte according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps of: preparing a first sol composition by adding a first substitutional doping material to a first mixed solution in which a Li raw material and La raw material are dissolved in a solvent, and then synthesizing the same in a sol form; preparing a second sol composition by adding a second substitutional doping material to a second mixed solution in which a Zr raw material and a catalyst are dissolved in a solvent, and then synthesizing the same in a sol form; gelating the first sol composition and the second sol composition, respectively, and then pre-calcining the same to prepare respective powders; milling, mixing, pulverizing, and calcining the respective powders to form a substitution material-doped LLZO powder; and molding the substitution material-doped LLZO powder to form a molded body, and sintering the molded body. According to the present invention, composition change of the solid electrolyte is easy, and a process is possible at low temperature to prevent degradation of properties of the LLZO material.
본 발명은 리튬 란타늄 지르코늄 산화물(LLZO) 고체전해질의 제조방법, 리튬 란타늄 지르코늄 산화물(LLZO) 고체전해질 및 이를 포함하는 전고체 리튬이차전지에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬 란타늄 지르코늄 산화물(LLZO) 고체전해질의 제조방법은, Li 원료 및 La 원료를 용매에 용해시킨 제1 혼합 용액에 제1 치환 도핑 물질을 첨가한 후 졸(sol) 형태로 합성하여 제1 졸 조성물을 준비하는 단계; Zr 원료 및 촉매제를 용매에 용해시킨 제2 혼합 용액에 제2 치환 도핑 물질을 첨가한 후 졸 형태로 합성하여 제2 졸 조성물을 준비하는 단계; 상기 제1 졸 조성물 및 상기 제2 졸 조성물을 각각 겔화(gelation)한 후 전-하소하여 각각의 분말을 준비하는 단계; 상기 각각의 분말을 밀링하여 혼합 및 분쇄하고 하소하여 치환 물질-도핑된 LLZO 분말을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 치환 물질-도핑된 LLZO 분말을 성형하여 성형체를 형성하고, 상기 성형체를 소결하는 단계;를 포함한다.
