The invention discloses a droplet cross infection prevention nucleic acid sampling device which comprises a sampling pavilion body, a transparent panel, two rubber gloves, a storage platform and a rain shelter, a U-shaped rail is arranged between the front side and the two sides of the rain shelter, and a protective curtain which covers the front side of the sampling pavilion body after being unfolded is arranged on the rail. The lowermost end of the protective curtain is higher than the lowermost end of the sampling pavilion body, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp is arranged on the lower surface of the front side of the rain shelter, and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp irradiates the transparent panel, the rubber gloves and the upper surface of the storage platform for ultraviolet disinfection. The nucleic acid sampling pavilion has the following advantages and effects that regular ultraviolet disinfection can be achieved in the use process of the nucleic acid sampling pavilion, the front side of the sampling pavilion body is covered by unfolding the protective curtain, and then the transparent panel, the rubber gloves and the upper surface of the storage platform are irradiated for disinfection by turning on the ultraviolet disinfection lamp; therefore, the problem of spray cross infection is reduced, and the safety of nucleic acid sampling is improved.
