The invention relates to anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof, the anti-freezing concrete is prepared from a concrete mixture, and the concrete mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 130-150 parts of water, 620-640 parts of medium sand, 1000-1040 parts of modified mixed gravel, 250-270 parts of cement, 80-90 parts of fly ash, 40-50 parts of silicon powder, 8-10 parts of an air entraining agent and 3-7 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The preparation method of the concrete comprises the following steps: step 1, uniformly mixing cement, fly ash, silicon powder and water to obtain cement slurry; step 2, uniformly mixing medium sand, the modified mixed gravel, an air entraining agent and a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent with cement slurry to obtain a concrete mixture; and 3, pouring the concrete mixture into a mold, and carrying out standard curing to obtain the anti-freezing concrete. The concrete aggregate has the effects of improving the freezing resistance of the concrete aggregate and further improving the freezing resistance of the concrete.
