The anti-freezing concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of cement; 10 to 15 parts of fly ash; 60 to 70 parts of sand; 80 to 100 parts of fine stone; 20 to 25 parts of water; 0.4 to 0.6 part of a water reducing agent; 1-2 parts of an air entraining agent; 5-10 parts of an auxiliary agent; 10 to 20 parts of an anti-freezing additive; the anti-freezing additive is formed by mixing hollow glass beads and waste rubber particles according to the weight ratio of 1: (1.2-2). The anti-freezing concrete has good anti-freezing performance, and the problems of concrete compressive strength loss and poor durability caused by repeated freezing and thawing can be further relieved.
