The invention provides an anti-sticking isolating agent for an emulsified asphalt surface layer of a rubber wheel and a preparation method of the anti-sticking isolating agent, and belongs to the technical field of road construction engineering. The invention relates to a high-performance cement grinding aid which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of glycerol, 25-35 parts of non-sand powder with the diameter of less than 0.075 mm, 10-20 parts of carbon black, 5-15 parts of hydraulic inorganic gelling powder, 3-5 parts of an anionic surfactant and 2-4 parts of a suspension stabilizer. The specific preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly adding a mixture of the glycerol and the anionic surfactant into a reaction kettle at 80-100 DEG C; then sequentially adding fine sand-free powder, carbon black and a suspension stabilizer into the reaction kettle, uniformly mixing, stirring and shearing for 2-3 minutes at the rotating speed of 4000 RPM, and then standing for 5-10 minutes to form a stable suspension; and finally, adding hydraulic inorganic gelling powder into the reaction kettle in which the stable suspension is formed, uniformly mixing, stirring and shearing for 2-3 minutes at the rotating speed of 4000 RPM, and obtaining the anti-sticking separant after the suspension is stable. The demulsification time of the emulsified asphalt can be shortened, and the falling number of particles of a surface layer can be remarkably reduced.
本发明提供了一种胶轮乳化沥青面层防粘隔离剂及其制备方法,属于道路施工工程技术领域。本发明包含有以重量为单位的40~50份丙三醇、25~35份直径为0.075mm以下的无砂性粉末、10~20份炭黑、5~15份水硬性无机胶凝粉末、3~5份阴离子表面活性剂以及2~4份悬浮稳定剂,具体制备时,先在80~100℃的反应釜中加入丙三醇、阴离子表面活性剂混合料均匀;然后向反应釜内依次加入微细无砂性的粉末、炭黑和悬浮稳定剂混合均匀,并在4000RPM转速下搅拌剪切2~3min,然后静置5~10min形成稳定悬液;最后向形成稳定悬液的反应釜内加入水硬性无机胶凝粉末混合均匀,并在4000RPM转速下搅拌剪切2~3min,待悬液稳定即可得到所述的防粘隔离剂。本发明可以减少乳化沥青的破乳时间,并且能显著减少面层的颗粒脱落数量。
