The emulsified asphalt comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of matrix asphalt, 15-50 parts of special asphalt, 1-6 parts of a viscosity reducer, 2-16 parts of epoxy resin latex, 0.1-5 parts of an asphalt emulsifier, 0.1-0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.5-3 parts of an acid-base regulator, 0-0.3 part of an auxiliary agent and 60-100 parts of water. The latex type non-sticking wheel emulsified asphalt provided by the invention has the characteristics of non-sticking wheel, high demulsification speed and high coagulation speed, the PG grading of evaporation residues and the dynamic viscosity at 60 DEG C are obviously improved, and when the latex type non-sticking wheel emulsified asphalt is used as a bonding layer between pavement structure layers, the damage of construction equipment and transport vehicles to a bonding layer material can be avoided, and the service life of the latex type non-sticking wheel emulsified asphalt is prolonged. The preparation method reduces the loss of the bonding layer material and the pollution to the surrounding environment, reduces the damage degree of the bonding layer, improves the durability and the construction efficiency of the pavement, and is simple, high in practicability and suitable for large-scale production.
