High-volume tailing autoclaved aerated concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention specifically discloses high-volume tailing autoclaved aerated concrete, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: 50 to 60 parts of tailing powder, 0 to 20 parts of quartz sand, 10 to 20 parts of cement, 0 to 20 parts of admixture, 10 to 30 parts of quick lime, 5 to 10 parts of gypsum, 0.1 to 0.2 part of gas forming material, 0.1 to 0.2 part of water reducing agent and 50 to 60 parts of water, the tailing powder comprises one or more of tungsten tailings, gold tailings and quartz tailings; the admixture comprises one or more of silica fume, zirconium silica fume, fly ash sinking beads, fly ash floating beads and nano calcium carbonate; the gas forming material is aluminum powder; according to the present invention, the tailing is adopted to replace the sand during the preparation of the autoclaved aerated concrete, the doping amount of the tailing is improved through the technical optimization, the performance and the quality of the tailing are ensured, and the manufacturing cost of the autoclaved aerated concrete is reduced; and environmental pollution and land resource waste caused by tailing accumulation are reduced.
