The invention discloses a chopped fiber reinforced boron carbide ceramic sheet and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that water-soluble polyacrylamide or carboxymethyl cellulose sodium is adopted as a dispersing agent, chopped fibers and boron carbide powder are dispersed separately, dispersion liquid of the chopped fibers and dispersion liquid of the boron carbide powder are mixed and stirred, and the chopped fiber reinforced boron carbide ceramic sheet is obtained; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding boron carbide powder into a stirrer to form mixed slurry containing chopped fibers and boron carbide powder, pouring the mixed slurry into a container with a flat bottom surface, spreading the slurry in a vibration manner, and drying to obtain the chopped fiber reinforced boron carbide ceramic sheet. According to the preparation method, the length integrity of the chopped fibers in the final material can be kept, so that the reinforcing and toughening effects are ensured.
