The invention relates to a preformed compression sealing strip and a concrete joint structure, the preformed compression sealing strip is used for filling and sealing a gap of a concrete road, the preformed compression sealing strip (10) comprises a sealing base body (1) and a ventilation device (2), the sealing base body (1) extends in the length direction, and the ventilation device (2) is arranged on the sealing base body (1). The ventilation device (2) is arranged on the sealing base body (1) and comprises a ventilation hole (21) and a sealing cover (22), the ventilation hole (21) penetrates through the sealing base body (1) in the thickness direction, and the sealing cover (22) detachably covers the outer end portion (2111) of the ventilation hole (21). By means of the technical scheme, the preformed compression sealing strip can effectively solve the problem that joints in a concrete road are dry after raining.
