The invention provides a clamping and forward-moving pushing mechanism of a mobile robot. The clamping and forward-moving pushing mechanism comprises a forward-moving guide rail and a clamping device installed on the forward-moving guide rail in a sliding mode. The forward moving guide rail is provided with a first sliding rail, the clamping device slides front and back on the first sliding rail, and the height of the clamping device is increased in the forward sliding process. The clamping device comprises a clamping frame, a second sliding rail and a multi-connecting-rod linkage mechanism are installed on the clamping frame, two clamping plates capable of sliding relatively are arranged on the second sliding rail, and the multi-connecting-rod linkage mechanism is composed of a middle swing rod and two clamping connecting rods hinged to the two ends of the swing rod. The center of the swing rod is rotationally connected to the clamping frame through a swing rod center pin, and the other ends of the two clamping connecting rods are hinged to the opposite faces of the two clamping plates respectively. The height of the clamping device can be increased in the forward sliding process, the lower surface of the clamped floor tile is prevented from scraping the upper surface of the floor tile on the lower layer, and therefore it is guaranteed that the floor tile is attractive in the conveying process.
