The pre-mixed powder filling and pouring anchor rod comprises a forming outer barrel, a top stretching head connected with one end of the forming outer barrel and used for discharging surrounding soil, a pre-mixed powder bag placed in the forming outer barrel, and a water injection piercing pipe capable of piercing into the pre-mixed powder bag and enabling the pre-mixed powder bag to be hardened when meeting water. The pre-mixing powder bags are arranged in the forming outer cylinder, a water injection piercing pipe is used for directly piercing the tail to the end of the forming outer cylinder, all the unit pre-mixing powder bags are pierced, the forming outer cylinder is pulled out, water is injected into the unit pre-mixing powder bags through the water injection piercing pipe, the pre-mixing powder bags are subjected to hydration hardening reaction, anchoring force is generated, and anchoring of the anchor rod is achieved. The pre-mixed and powder-filled anchor rod can be used for slope reinforcement engineering, excavation free face reinforcement and other engineering, the stability of a slope is effectively controlled, operation is easy, convenient and rapid, and a large amount of construction material cost is saved.
