Rapid construction method for steel pipe pile cofferdam
The invention provides a rapid construction method for a steel pipe pile cofferdam. The rapid construction method comprises the following steps that steel pipe piles, surrounding purlins, inner supports and force transmission pieces are manufactured in a backfield; the assembling brackets are used when the cofferdam is assembled; the enclosing purlins and the inner supports are assembled into an integral frame type on the assembling brackets, the sides, away from the sliding grooves, of the force transmission pieces are hung on the assembled enclosing purlins, and a lowering system is arranged; the assembled brackets are dismantled, and the overall frame type enclosing purlin inner support is synchronously lowered to the designed position through the lowering system; the steel pipe piles are inserted and driven in place along the sliding grooves and closed, and grouting is conducted through grouting pipes reserved on the steel pipe piles, so that the periphery of the cofferdam is dense and free of water leakage; and sealing the bottom in the cofferdam underwater, and pumping water to construct the bearing platform after the designed strength is reached. The steel pipe piles are closely attached to the force transmission pieces, the cofferdam is good in integrity, high in precision and reliable in stress, no guiding for inserting and driving needs to be additionally arranged, and the construction period, quality, safety and economical efficiency are remarkable.
