The building coating spraying equipment comprises a main frame body, a storage bin is installed in the main frame body, a coating pump communicated with the storage bin is arranged on one side of the storage bin, lifting systems are installed on the two sides of the main frame body, each lifting system comprises a lifting machine, and a transverse displacement system is installed on the top, close to the wall face side, of the main frame body; a photoelectric sensor and a visual identification module are installed on the transverse displacement system, a longitudinal displacement system which is horizontally and longitudinally arranged is further installed on the upper end face of the carrying table, a nozzle is installed on the longitudinal displacement system, the longitudinal displacement system drives the nozzle to move longitudinally, and the nozzle is communicated with a coating pump and an air compressor through hoses. The two sets of horizontal displacement systems and the two sets of longitudinal displacement systems are symmetrically arranged and are used in cooperation with an existing suspension system and an existing tension machine, spraying operation of the outer wall face of the high-rise building is achieved, safety is high, the window position can be effectively recognized and avoided, the floor spraying quality can be monitored in real time, and constructors can conveniently adjust parameters in time.
本发明公开了一种建筑涂料喷射设备及喷射方法,包括主架体,所述主架体内部安装有储料仓,储料仓一侧设置有与之连接通的涂料泵,所述主架体两侧安装有提升系统,提升系统包括提升机,主架体靠近墙面侧顶部安装有横向位移系统,横向位移系统上安装有光电传感器与视觉识别模块,载台上端面还安装有水平纵向设置的纵向位移系统,喷嘴安装在所述纵向位移系统上,通过纵向位移系统带动喷嘴纵向移动,喷嘴通过软管与涂料泵、空气压缩机连接通,所述的水平方位移系统与纵向位移系统有两套,且对称布置,通过与现有的悬挂系统、张力机配合使用,实现高楼外墙面的喷涂作业,安全性高,并能有效识别并避开窗口位置,实时监控楼面喷涂质量,便于施工人员及时调整参数。
