The invention discloses a self-leveling ground construction technology and system. The self-leveling ground construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, a base layer is cleaned, wherein impurities of the base layer are cleaned up through a vacuum dust collector; s2, making a mortar cake: determining the leveling height, and measuring the height of the mortar cake by adopting an infrared level gauge; s3, ground wetting: watering the ground to wet the ground until the surface has water; s4, laying a bottom material, namely flatly laying the self-flowing bottom material, wherein the flatly-laying height is 5-10mm lower than the height of the ash cake; s5, auxiliary leveling is conducted, specifically, auxiliary leveling is conducted on the laid base material through a leveling mechanism; s6, base material wetting: spraying water on the surface of the self-flowing flat base material to fully wet the self-flowing flat base material. The self-leveling material can be laid at different time periods, namely, the bottom layer and the surface layer are laid respectively, compensation can be conducted through the self-leveling material of the surface layer when pit slots appear, the ground flatness is improved, construction is convenient and fast, and time and labor are saved.
本发明公开了一种自流平地面施工工艺及施工系统，包括如下步骤：S1、基层清理：将基层杂质通过真空吸尘器清理干净；S2、打灰饼：确定找平高度，并采用红外线水准仪测量灰饼高度；S3、地面润湿：将地面洒水润湿，润湿至表面有明水；S4、铺设底料：将自流平底料铺平，铺平高度低于灰饼高度5‑10mm；S5、辅助找平，通过抚平机构对铺设的底料进行辅助找平；S6、底料润湿：在自流平底料表面喷水，将自流平底料充分润湿。本发明能够在不同的时段进行铺设自流平材料，即，分别进行铺设底层以及面层，在出现坑槽的时候，能够通过面层的自流平材料进行补偿，提高地面平整性，施工便捷，省时省力。
