The invention discloses novel cement-free metakaolin-ardealite-based foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The novel cement-free metakaolin-ardealite-based foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of metakaolin, 5-10 parts of quick lime, 40-70 parts of ardealite, 5-10 parts of a composite reinforcing agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a foaming agent and 50-70 parts of water. Cement is not used in the raw materials of the novel foam concrete, and large-dosage undisturbed phosphogypsum is adopted, so that the novel foam concrete has important significance on energy conservation and emission reduction. The undisturbed phosphogypsum is pretreated with quick lime, so that the acidity of the phosphogypsum is neutralized, and the potential activity of metakaolin is excited; on the other hand, the influence of ardealite on the setting time of the foam concrete can be reduced; the blocky quicklime is used as the alkali activator, the excitation duration is long, and the effect is good. The composite reinforcing agent adopted by the invention contains chlorine salt and aluminate minerals, can effectively play roles in accelerating coagulation and reinforcing, and is beneficial to improving the early strength of the foam concrete. In a material composition system, the metakaolin is subjected to a dual excitation effect.
本发明公开了一种无水泥的偏高岭土‑磷石膏基新型泡沫混凝土及制备方法,由包括以下重量份的原料制成:偏高岭土20~50份,生石灰5~10份、磷石膏40~70份、复合增强剂5~10份、发泡剂0.1~0.5份、水50~70份。本发明的新型泡沫混凝土原材料中不用水泥,采用了大掺量原状磷石膏,对节能减排具有重要意义。将原状磷石膏采用生石灰进行预处理,中和了磷石膏的酸性,激发偏高岭土的潜在活性;另一方面,可以降低磷石膏对泡沫混凝土凝结时间的影响;本发明采用块状生石灰作碱激发剂,激发持续时间长,效果好。本发明采用的复合增强剂含有氯盐与铝酸盐矿物,能有效地起到促凝和增强作用,有利于提高泡沫混凝土的早期强度。本发明的材料组成体系中,对偏高岭土采用了双重激发作用。
