The steel bar anchoring sleeve with the position capable of being flexibly adjusted is arranged, free connection of steel bars before pouring is facilitated, free insertion connection of the steel beams is facilitated by arranging a large insertion connection opening, the height of the end faces of the steel beams can be freely adjusted by arranging the adjustable lifting supporting devices, and through the linkage locking devices, the end faces of the steel beams can be freely adjusted. Connection and fixation of the steel beams and the steel bars are achieved synchronously, connection operation in the cast-in-place process is facilitated, and the phenomenon that assembly cannot be conducted on site due to the fact that machining size errors occur easily is avoided.
