The invention discloses a joint connecting device for a reinforced concrete column and a steel beam and belongs to the technical field of buildings and structural engineering. A first connecting part of the joint connecting structure is composed of a first beamchannel and a second beam channel. The double beam channels can improve the force transfer by joint connection. In case of an earthquake, the double beam channels are to be damaged first, so that thecolumn and the beam are retained to the maximum extent, and therefore, the beam-column structure can be restored quickly after the earthquake.
