The invention discloses high-gelling-property phosphoaluminate cement prepared from inferior raw materials and a method. The method comprises the following steps: crushing a calcium raw material, phosphorite and an aluminum raw material together, drying, grinding, mixing and homogenizing to obtain a raw material; wherein the raw material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35 to 40 percent of CaO, 45 to 60 percent of Al2O3, 5 to 10 percent of P205, 5 to 10 percent of SiO2 and 1 to 10 percent of other impurities; then heating the raw material to 900-950 DEG C at the heating rate of 5-10 DEG C/min, preserving heat for 30 minutes, then heating to 1460-1530 DEG C at the heating rate of 5-10 DEG C/min, and preserving heat for 60-120 minutes to obtain a calcined clinker block; and finally, cooling by air cooling, and grinding to obtain the product. The phosphoaluminate cement clinker disclosed by the invention can be generated through one-time calcination, the production process is simple, and the adopted inferior material is low in cost and has relatively high phosphoaluminate mineral phase content.
本发明公开了一种采用劣质原料制备的高胶凝性磷铝酸盐水泥及方法,将钙质原料、磷矿和铝质原料一同破碎、烘干并磨细,混合均质得到生料;其中,生料组成重量百分比为:35~40%CaO、45~60%Al2O3、5~10%P205、5~10%SiO2,其它杂质1~10%;随后生料以5~10℃/min的升温速率升至900~950℃,保温30min后,再以5~10℃/min的升温速率升至1460~1530℃,保温60~120min,得到煅烧熟料块;最后采用风冷冷却,经粉磨即得。本发明磷铝酸盐水泥熟料能够一次煅烧生成,生产过程简单,采用的劣质材料成本低廉,有较高的磷铝酸钙矿相含量。
