The invention provides a powder composition, waterproof slurry and a preparation method thereof, the powder composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-50 parts of rapid hardening cement, 10-25 parts of a functional material, 35-60 parts of quartz sand, 0.05-0.2 part of cellulose ether, 0.05-0.4 part of a retarder, 0.05-0.3 part of an early strength agent and 0.05-0.5 part of a water reducing agent, and the functional material comprises modified fly ash. The powder composition is prepared from the quick-hardening cement, and meanwhile, the powder composition further comprises a retarder; therefore, when the powder composition is used in the waterproof slurry, the hydration speed of the waterproof slurry can be increased, meanwhile, flash coagulation of the waterproof slurry can be effectively avoided by adding the retarder, and the construction time of the waterproof slurry in the using process is prolonged. The powder composition further comprises modified fly ash, and when the powder composition is used in the waterproof slurry, the water resistance of the magnesite cement can be effectively improved.
本发明提供了一种粉料组合物、防水浆料及其制备方法，其中的粉料组合物以重量份数计，包括35～50份的快硬水泥、10～25份的功能材料、35～60份的石英砂、0.05～0.2份的纤维素醚、0.05～0.4份的缓凝剂、0.05～0.3份的早强剂和0.05～0.5份的减水剂，功能材料包括改性粉煤灰。采用快硬水泥制备粉料组合物，同时粉料组合物中还包括缓凝剂；如此上述的粉料组合物用于防水浆料中时，能够提高防水浆料的水化速度，同时缓凝剂的加入可以有效避免防水浆料闪凝、提高防水浆料在使用过程中的可施工时间。粉料组合物中还包括改性粉煤灰，将粉料组合物用于防水浆料中时，可有效改善菱镁水泥的耐水性。
