The invention discloses a concrete filled steel tube sleeper for a ballastless track, and belongs to the technical field of ballastless tracks. The concrete filled steel tube sleeper comprises a plurality of adjusting tubes and two sleeper units which are arranged at intervals. Each sleeper unit comprises a plurality of steel pipes and sleeper blocks, for any sleeper unit, the adjusting pipes correspond to the steel pipes in a one-to-one mode, one end of each steel pipe is inserted into the corresponding sleeper block, each steel pipe is filled with concrete filling materials, and the sleeper blocks and the corresponding concrete filling materials are integrally formed through concrete in a pouring mode. The other ends of the two opposite steel pipes are movably and coaxially inserted into the two ends of the corresponding adjusting pipes respectively so that the distance between the two sleeper blocks can be adjusted.
