According to the track panel assembling device, in the track panel assembling process, placing of the sleeper units, grabbing of the sleeper units, connection of the side face track panel connecting rods on the two sides of the sleeper units and the like are all set to be in an identifiable mode, so that full automation of track panel assembling can be achieved through a mechanical arm and the like subsequently, and the assembling quality and the assembling efficiency of track panels can be greatly improved.
