Front mechanical movable arm of mobile robot
The invention provides a front mechanical movable arm of a mobile robot. The front mechanical movable arm is composed of a left movable arm and a right movable arm which are symmetrically installed on the left side and the right side of the front portion of a laying machine frame. Each of the left movable arm and the right movable arm comprises a longitudinal supporting leg, a horizontal upper arm and a horizontal lower arm, the front ends of the upper arms and the lower arms are hinged to the supporting legs, the upper arms are hinged to the top ends of the supporting legs, and the rear ends of the lower arms are movably connected with the middles of the upper arms through connecting rod supporting arms; the upper arm, the lower arm, the supporting legs hinged to the front end and the rear end and the connecting rod supporting arm form a parallel four-connecting-rod mechanism, the vertical jacking mechanism is hinged to the upper arm, and the horizontal pushing mechanism is fixedly connected to the connecting rod supporting arm. A quick-release mounting support is mounted at the bottom of the supporting leg, the laying mechanism is connected with the quick-release mounting support, a swing cylinder is connected between the quick-release mounting support and the supporting leg, and the angle of the quick-release mounting support is adjusted by the swing cylinder. The front mechanical movable arm can provide stable support for a laying mechanism on the front side of the mobile robot.
