The invention belongs to a bridge swivel support and installation thereof, and particularly relates to an anti-disengaging empty swivel support and an installation method thereof. The upper ball pendulum and the lower ball pendulum are longitudinally stacked, and the inner side adjacent positions of the upper ball pendulum and the lower ball pendulum are rotationally assembled through a spherical sliding plate. Anchoring components capable of being connected with an adjacent beam body or an adjacent lower bearing platform in a matched mode are arranged on the outer sides of the upper ball pendulum and the lower ball pendulum. The outer side surface of the lower ball pendulum is of an outwards-protruding spherical surface or conical surface structure or an outwards-protruding prism-shaped or ridge-shaped structure or a slope surface structure, and an effective included angle is formed between the slope surface structure and the horizontal line. According to the invention, the problem in the prior art that bubbles are easy to remain on the contact surface between the swivel support and the concrete when the bed mortar method is adopted for construction is solved. The rotating device has the advantages that bubbles are not easy to generate and remain, the generated bubbles are easy to discharge, the support is effectively prevented from disengaging, and the rotating process is safe and reliable.
