ROTATING BODY INSTALLATION METHOD AND ROTATING BODY INSTALLATION APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating body installation method and a rotating body installation apparatus capable of raising the rotating body efficiently and eliminate the necessity of a large crane.SOLUTION: A rotating body RO having a plurality of blades B1 is installed in a generator tower 11 by using a lift-up device having a raising and lifting part 30 that is raised and lowered. In this case, the rotating body R0 is suspended from the lifting part 30 of the lift-up device at a suspended position in which the rotating body R0 can be erected upright at an angle necessary for attaching the rotating body R0 to the generator tower 11 with respect to the center of gravity position of the rotating body R0. After raising the rotating body R0 upright by raising the lifting part 30 with the rotating body R0 suspended in a state where the tip of the blade B1 of the rotating body R0 is interposed by a crane via a wire W0, the rotating body R0 is attached to the generator tower 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】回転体を効率よく立て起こすことができ、大きなクレーンを不要にすることができる回転体設置方法及び回転体設置装置を提供する。【解決手段】昇降される昇降部30を備えたリフトアップ装置を用いて、発電機タワー11に、複数のブレードB1を備えた回転体R0を設置する。この場合、回転体R0の重心位置に対して、回転体R0を発電機タワー11への取付時に必要な角度で立て起こし可能な吊り位置で、回転体R0をリフトアップ装置の昇降部30に吊り下げる。回転体R0のブレードB1の先端を、ワイヤW0を介してクレーンで介錯した状態で、回転体R0を吊り下げた昇降部30を上昇させることにより、回転体R0を立て起こした後、回転体R0を発電機タワー11に取り付ける。【選択図】図5
