The invention relates to a suspension bridge anchoring system positioning support and a construction method.The support comprises multiple layers of supporting assemblies which are used for being arranged in the extending direction of anchoring units of an anchoring system at intervals, and each layer of supporting assembly comprises multiple V-shaped supporting beams which are vertically arranged at intervals; the multiple V-shaped supporting beams are located in the plane perpendicular to the center line of the anchoring system, a plurality of front positioning devices allowing the anchoring units to penetrate through are arranged on the V-shaped supporting beams at intervals, and the front positioning devices are used for adjusting the positions of the anchoring units and enabling the anchoring units to be kept at the set positions. The front bracket is used for supporting the supporting assembly; the rear support assembly is used for fixing the ends of all the anchoring units of the anchoring system. The V-shaped supporting beams are arranged to be matched with the distribution of the multiple rows of anchoring units in the same row, steel investment can be reduced, the specifications of the front positioning devices on the V-shaped supporting beams can be designed to be consistent, batch manufacturing and machining can be achieved, and the component machining and welding installation time is saved.
