The positioning support comprises a first base frame and a lower-layer support connected with the first base frame, and the first base frame is connected with the first-layer concrete of an anchor block through an embedded steel plate. The positioning support also comprises a second base frame and an upper-layer support connected with the second base frame, and the second base frame is connected with the first-layer concrete of the anchor block through an embedded steel plate. Frameworks of the first base frame, the second base frame, the lower-layer support and the upper-layer support are each composed of a vertical rod, a horizontal connector and an inclined strut, and the horizontal connectors and the inclined struts are connected with the vertical rods through gusset plates in a welded mode. The upper-layer support and the lower-layer support further comprise positioning cross rods, arc plates are arranged on the positioning cross rods, and the arc plates are used for positioning a prestressed pipeline. The construction method is used for installing the positioning support. Additional stress generated by positioning deviation can be reduced to the maximum extent, and system safety is ensured.
