The invention discloses an anti-seepage green construction method for a basement post-cast strip, which comprises the steps of constructing a basement bottom plate, constructing a basement outer wall and constructing a basement top plate, and when the water level of underground water is low, the thickness of waterproof concrete of the basement bottom plate is greater than 500mm; a water filtering layer can be arranged on the upper portion of the basement bottom plate, a waterproof additional layer, a waterproof layer and a waterproof protection layer on the lower portion of the bottom plate are omitted, and post-cast strips are arranged in the basement bottom plate, the basement outer wall and the basement top plate in the construction process of a basement, so that on one hand, the connection tightness between cement wall bodies can be improved; on the other hand, water seepage and water leakage of all walls of the basement in the construction process are avoided, the stability of the basement is greatly improved, and the sealing performance of the basement is improved.
本发明公开了地下室后浇带防渗漏的绿色施工方法,包括构造地下室底板、构造地下室外墙和构造地下室顶板,当地下水水位较低时,地下室底板防水混凝土厚度大于500mm,可在地下室底板上部设置滤水层、取消底板下部的防水附加层、防水层和防水保护层,在地下室的构造过程中,在地下室底板和地下室外墙以及地下室顶板的构造过程中均设置后浇带,一方面可以增加水泥墙体之间连接的紧固性,另一方面避免了地下室的各个墙体在施工过程中出现渗水漏水的情况,极大地增加了地下室的稳定性,提高了地下室的密封性。
