The invention provides a height-adjustable supporting device and a treading power generation floor. The height-adjustable supporting device comprises a first supporting piece and a second supporting piece, the second supporting piece can be vertically and movably connected to the first supporting piece; the lock structure is movably connected to the first supporting piece so as to move to an unlocking position or a locking position; at the unlocking position, the second supporting piece can vertically move towards or away from the first supporting piece; and at the locking position, the lock structure prevents the second supporting piece from vertically moving towards the first supporting piece. According to the height-adjustable supporting device, the second supporting piece can be switched between the folding position and the stretching position, and folding or stretching of the height-adjustable supporting device is achieved. The second supporting piece can stretch by the needed height according to needs, and the height of the height-adjustable supporting device and the height of the treading power generation floor can be adjusted.
