The invention provides an energy storage device, a treading power generation floor and an energy storage power generation method. The energy storage device comprises a spring; the treading transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the clockwork spring and is used for driving the clockwork spring inner ring to rotate; the first limiting piece is configured to be capable of moving to a locking position or an unlocking position; the treading transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the first limiting piece through the second transmission assembly and used for driving the first limiting piece to be switched between the locking position and the unlocking position; at the locking position, the first limiting piece is connected to the outer ring of the spring in a buckling manner, so that the outer ring of the spring is prevented from rotating; and at the unlocking position, the first limiting piece is separated from the outer ring of the spring, so that the outer ring of the spring can rotate to release energy stored by the spring.
