The fastener structure comprises two rotating fasteners, the two rotating fasteners are connected through a rotating rod, and each rotating fastener comprises a movable semicircular fastener body and a fixed semicircular fastener body. One end of the movable semicircular buckle body is connected with one end of the fixed semicircular buckle body through a hinge, the other end of the movable semicircular buckle body and the other end of the fixed semicircular buckle body are both provided with fixing blocks, and the fixing blocks are perpendicular to the axis of the rotary buckle piece; and a cushion block is arranged on the inner wall of the 1/2 part of the fixed semicircular buckle body. The steel pipe structure comprises a steel pipe body, the steel pipe body is provided with a petal-shaped cross section, every two adjacent petal-shaped bodies are connected through a connecting section, the two adjacent petal-shaped bodies and the connecting section form a groove, and the grooves are matched with the cushion blocks.
