Unilateral integral lifting construction method for peripheral cantilever structure
The invention discloses a single-side integral lifting construction method for a peripheral cantilever structure. The construction method comprises the following specific construction steps that (1) the peripheral cantilever structure is assembled in situ at the projection position, corresponding to the ground, of a design position; (2) adopting a temporary reinforcement measure to reinforce the peripheral cantilever structure into a whole; (3) mounting lifting construction corresponding measures including a temporary lifting frame, an upper lifting point of a hydraulic lifter, a lower lifting point lifting appliance and the like; (4) after preparation is finished, the trial lifting structure is about 200mm away from the tire, and standing is carried out for 4-6 hours; (5) after standing is completed and no abnormity exists in measurement and monitoring, the structure is formally and continuously lifted to the design position; (6) installing a rear supplementing rod piece between the lifting structure and the main body structure; (7) after the post-compensation rod piece is installed, the lifter is unloaded; and (8) temporary reinforcing measures among the peripheral cantilever structures are removed, and structure installation is completed. According to the lifting construction method, the reinforcing structure is simple, the feasibility is high, hoisting by using a large machine and erection of a temporary support conventionally are avoided, the economical efficiency is good, meanwhile, a large amount of high-altitude operation is avoided, and the safety is high.
本发明公开了一种四周悬挑结构单侧整体提升施工方法,具体施工步骤如下:(1)将四周悬挑结构在设计位置对应地面的投影位置进行原位拼装;(2)采用临时加固措施将被四周悬挑结构加固形成一个整体;(3)安装提升施工相应措施,包括临时提升架、液压提升器上吊点及下提升点吊具等;(4)准备完毕后,试提升结构脱胎200mm左右,并静置4~6小时;(5)静置完成测量监测无异常后,正式继续提升结构至设计位置;(6)安装提升结构与主体结构之间的后补杆件;(7)后补杆件安装完成后,卸载提升器;(8)拆除四周悬挑结构之间临时加固措施,完成结构安装。本发明提升施工方法加固构造简单,可实施性强,避免了常规使用大型机械吊装和临时支撑的搭设,经济性好,同时避免了大量高空作业,安全性高。
