The invention relates to a double-anchor-rod pre-buried channel and a construction method thereof. The double-anchor-rod pre-buried channel comprises a channel body and anchor rod assemblies, and the two anchor rod assemblies are connected to the two sides of the channel body respectively. According to the double-anchor-rod pre-buried channel and the construction method thereof, aiming at the defect that a traditional single-anchor-rod pre-buried channel is uneven in stress, the small anchor rods are arranged on the two sides of the channel, uniform load distribution is achieved, and the overall strength can be improved; aiming at the defect that a flange of a traditional pre-buried channel is easy to deform, a connecting plate with a hole is arranged outside the flange of the channel to reinforce the flange, and the flange bears load together so as to reduce the deformation of the flange; in order to overcome the defect that an existing embedded channel is complex in installation stage, a connecting terminal and a variable cross-section positioning rod are arranged, efficient demolding is achieved, and meanwhile the channel can be accurately fixed.
