Preparation method of low-cost SiO2 aerogel
The invention discloses a low-cost SiO2 aerogel preparation method, which comprises: respectively adding a certain amount of an alcohol solvent, a certain amount of deionized water, a certain amount of a catalyst and a certain amount of a silicon source into a sol tank, uniformly stirring, and completely hydrolyzing to obtain a sol A; respectively adding a certain amount of alcohol solvent and silica sol into another sol tank, and uniformly stirring to obtain sol B; mixing the sol A and the sol B according to a certain proportion to form gel, soaking and aging the gel in an alcohol solvent, and performing supercritical drying to obtain the SiO2 aerogel. According to the method, the SiO2 aerogel is prepared by taking the inorganic silica sol and the organic silicate ester as the silicon source together, so that the method not only has the advantages of high efficiency and convenience of a supercritical drying process, but also has the advantages of large amount of raw materials, easiness in obtaining and low price of the inorganic silicon source; the limitation that only organic silicate ester can be selected as a silicon source when the SiO2 aerogel is prepared through traditional supercritical drying is broken through technically; the cost of raw materials for preparing the SiO2 aerogel is greatly reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.
本发明公开一种低成本SiO2气凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将一定量的醇溶剂、去离子水、催化剂、硅源分别添加到溶胶罐内搅拌均匀并充分水解,得到溶胶A;将一定量的醇溶剂、硅溶胶分别添加到另一个溶胶罐中搅拌均匀,得到溶胶B;再将溶胶A与溶胶B以一定的比例混合形成凝胶,经醇溶剂浸泡老化,后经超临界干燥即得SiO2气凝胶。本发明以无机硅溶胶与有机硅酸酯共同作为硅源制备SiO2气凝胶,既兼顾了超临界干燥工艺高效、便捷的优点,又兼顾了无机硅源原料量大易得、价格低廉的长处,从技术上打破了传统超临界干燥制备SiO2气凝胶只能选取有机硅酸酯作为硅源的限制;大幅度降低了SiO2气凝胶制备的原材料成本,提升产品市场竞争力。
