Solar floor tile
The invention discloses a solar floor tile which is characterized in that a composite fiber grating base, a composite fiber leveling bottom plate, a soft solar cell and a transparent composite fiber plate are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; and the composite fiber grating base, the composite fiber leveling bottom plate, the soft solar battery piece and the transparent composite fiber plate are packaged by epoxy resin and are pressed and bonded. The transparent composite fiber board is used for packaging, and the thickness of the transparent composite fiber board is obviously much thinner than that of tempered glass under the same load parameter; the transparent composite fiber material does not need to be manufactured at high temperature, and manufacturing of different surface textures is facilitated; the transparent composite fiber material is difficult to break and can be matched with other floor tiles to be applied to the high-load ground; when the solar floor tile is loaded, the soft solar cells can be allowed to be slightly bent, and the problem of stability cracking is reduced; and the composite fiber grating base is designed in a grating form, so that the photovoltaic battery piece can be effectively supported.
本发明公开了一种太阳能地砖,复合纤维格栅底座、复合纤维整平底板、软性太阳能电池片以及透明复合纤维板自下而上依次设置,复合纤维格栅底座、复合纤维整平底板、软性太阳能电池片以及透明复合纤维板均以环氧树脂封装并加压粘合。利用透明的复合纤维封装,在同样的负重参数下,透明复合纤维板的厚度,明显的比强化玻璃薄得多;透明复合纤维材料,不需利用高温制作,有利于制作不同表面纹理;透明复合纤维材料难以破碎,可配合其他地砖应用高负重的地面上;当太阳能地砖负重时,软性太阳能电池片可容许轻微弯曲,减少稳性龟裂的问题;复合纤维格栅底座以格栅形式设计,有效承托光伏电池片。
