The invention mainly relates to the field of roof waterproofing, in particular to a finished casing device integrating a roof casing, a waterproof layer and a protective layer and a construction method of the finished casing device. The device comprises a sleeve, a steel plate ring, a filling layer, a waterproof roll and a metal shell protection layer, the finished product casing pipe device is applied to the position, where a casing pipe needs to be reserved, of a roof, and the casing pipe part of the finished product device is fixed to a reserved hole of the roof through a steel plate ring. The outer side of the sleeve part is wrapped with a filling layer, the bottom connected with the roof expands outwards, and the other end contracts inwards; two waterproof coiled materials are arranged on the outer side of the filling layer; and the outer side of the waterproof roll layer is a metal shell protection layer. Compared with an original method, the finished casing pipe device has the advantages that on-site construction difficulty is greatly simplified, and multiple procedures and heavy and difficult problems such as waterproof layer and waterproof additional layer construction, waterproof protective layer construction and root slope making treatment which are prone to problems in construction are solved at a time through the finished casing pipe device.
本发明主要涉及屋面防水领域，具体的说是一种集成了屋面套管、防水及保护层的成品套管装置及其施工方法。本装置包括套管、钢板圈、填充层、防水卷材和金属外壳保护层；所述成品套管装置应用于屋面需要预留套管处，所述成品装置套管部分与屋面预留洞处由钢板圈固定；所述套管部分外侧包裹填充层，与屋面相接的底部向外扩张，另一端向内收缩；所述填充层外侧为两道防水卷材；所述防水卷材层外侧为金属外壳保护层。采用此成品套管装置与原有做法相比，极大的简化了现场施工难度，将施工中容易出问题的防水层及防水附加层施工、防水保护层施工、根部找坡处理等多道工序及重难点问题通过成品装置一次性解决。
