According to the technical scheme, the hollowing and falling prevention construction method for exterior painting of the concrete column and the concrete shear wall of the building comprises the following steps that firstly, a pressure sand blasting machine is adopted for conducting sand blasting and roughening on the face, needing to be painted, of the outer vertical face of the concrete column and the face, needing to be painted, of the outer vertical face of the concrete shear wall; a dust recovery device for recovering dust and blast sand is arranged in the pressure sand blasting machine; step 2, cleaning the roughened external facade with pressurized water; thirdly, the cleaned outer vertical face is air-dried; and fourthly, the roughened outer wall facade is painted. Clean water is used for cleaning the surface, so that the construction cost is reduced; and the dust recovery device is arranged in the pressure sand blasting machine, so that dust can be recovered, and the harm of the dust to the body of a constructor is effectively prevented.
