The invention discloses core-coated titanium dioxide, which is prepared from TiO2 and CaCO3, CaCO3 is used as a core, TiO2 is alternately coated outside the CaCO3, and the component of the core-coated titanium dioxide is TiO2.CaCO3. 5H2O. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the core-coated titanium dioxide. The method for preparing the core-coated titanium dioxide comprises the following steps: (1) preparing TiO2 fine raw material slurry; (2) preparing CaCO3 fine raw material slurry; (3) preparing finished product slurry; (4) preparing finished product dry powder; and (5) preparing a finished product material. The core-coated titanium dioxide provided by the invention can maintain good performance of titanium dioxide as a white pigment.
本发明公开了一种包核钛白粉，用TiO2和CaCO3制成，CaCO3为核，外面穿插包覆TiO2，所述包核钛白粉成分为TiO2.CaCO3.5H2O。制备包核钛白粉的方法包括如下步骤：（1）制备TiO2精细原料浆；（2）制备CaCO3精细原料浆；（3）制备成品料浆；（4）制备成品干粉；（5）制备成品料。本发明的包核钛白粉能保持钛白粉做为白色颜料的良好性能。
