The invention discloses a titanium dioxide-based ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and is characterized in that the titanium dioxide-based ceramic is prepared by adopting a hot pressing process, wherein the nominal chemical formula of the titanium dioxide-based ceramic is (YbaTabNbc)xTi(1-x)O2, (a = b = c = 0.4-0.6, and the value range of x is 0.005-0.015). The preparation method comprisesthe following steps: (1) weighing rutile TiO2, Yb2O3, Ta2O5 and Nb2O5 powder according to the nominal chemical molecular formula (YbaTabNbc)xTi (1-x)O2, carrying out ball milling, and drying the powder; and 2) presintering the dried powder, carrying out secondary ball milling, drying the obtained powder, and carrying out hot pressing for 1-3 hours at the temperature of 900-1200 DEG C under the pressure of 60-70 MPa to obtain the titanium dioxide-based ceramic with ultrahigh dielectric constant and low dielectric loss.
本发明公开了一种二氧化钛基陶瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于,二氧化钛基陶瓷采用热压工艺制备,其名义化学分子式为(YbaTaNb)TiO,其中,a=b=c=0.4~0.6,x的取值范围为0.005~0.015。其制备方法包括以下步骤:1)按照名义化学分子式(YbaTaNb)TiO,称取金红石型TiO、YbO、TaO和NbO粉体,进行球磨、烘干;2)将烘干的粉体预烧,二次球磨,所得粉体烘干后,在60~70Mpa压强下,温度900~1200℃,热压1‑3h,即可得到超高介电常数低介电损耗的二氧化钛基陶瓷。
