The invention relates to the technical field of magnesium oxysulfate board production, in particular to a magnesium oxysulfate board manufacturing process which comprises the following steps: (1) brine preparation: preparing a brine solution from magnesium sulfate crystals and water according to a certain proportion, and conveying the brine solution to mixing equipment through a pipeline; (2) mixing: mixing the brine solution with magnesium oxide, wood flour, stone powder, mineral powder, slag powder, citric acid, color paste and the mixture by using a stirring tank to prepare slurry; (3) paving: sequentially paving slurry, a bottom material, a middle material and a surface material in the shaping template; compared with the prior art, primary maintenance, secondary maintenance and deep maintenance are set in the manufacturing process of the magnesium oxysulfate board, compared with maintenance of a traditional preparation process, the maintenance time is greatly shortened, meanwhile, the maintenance effect achieved by 7 days or above of traditional maintenance can be achieved, the production and manufacturing period is effectively shortened, and the production cost is effectively reduced.
本发明涉及硫氧镁板生产技术领域，具体为一种硫氧镁板制造工艺，包括以下步骤：(1)卤水的配制：将硫酸镁晶体与水以一定比例配制成卤水溶液，并将其由管道输送至混料设备；(2)混料：将卤水溶液与氧化镁、木粉、石粉、矿粉、矿渣粉、柠檬酸、色浆、混合料使用搅拌罐混合，制备得料浆；(3)铺装：在定型模板内依次铺设料浆、底料、中料和面料；与现有技术相比，本发明在硫氧镁板的制造中设置一次养护、二次养护和深度养护，相较于传统制备工艺的养护，大大缩短养护时间的同时，同时亦可达到传统养护7天以上所达到的养护效果，进而有效的缩短生产制造周期，降低生产成本。
