Method for preparing carbon anode by utilizing aluminum electrolysis carbon residues
A method for preparing a carbon anode by using aluminum electrolysis carbon residues belongs to the technical field of non-ferrous metallurgy environmental protection, and comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the carbon residues into 100-150-mesh powder particles, adding an organic binder into the powder particles, and uniformly mixing; and pressing the mixed material into a cylindrical material block with the diameter of 3-6cm, and drying the cylindrical material block in a drying oven. And (2) putting the material blocks into a horizontal furnace, distilling for a period of time, naturally cooling, and collecting carbon residues after distillation. And (3) screening petroleum coke into four different granularities, mixing and kneading the petroleum coke and the distilled carbon residue according to a certain ratio, and using fluid asphalt as an adhesive. And (4) filling the mixed material into a mold, and carrying out compression molding by using a jack. And roasting to obtain the prebaked anode. According to the prepared anode, the conductivity and reactivity are both improved, the negative influence of carbon residues on the resistivity and the reactivity of the anode can be reduced, the additive amount of the carbon residues can be increased, and the utilization efficiency of the carbon residues is improved.
一种利用铝电解炭渣制备炭阳极的方法,属于有色冶金环保技术领域,包括:(1)将炭渣破碎成100~150目的粉粒,向粉粒中加入有机粘结剂混匀。将混料压制成直径3~6cm的圆柱状料块并在烘箱中烘干。(2)将料块放入卧式炉中,蒸馏一段时间后自然冷却,收集蒸馏后炭渣。(3)将石油焦筛选出四种不同粒度,和蒸馏后炭渣按照一定配比一同混捏,黏合剂用流体沥青。(4)将混料填入模具中,用千斤顶压模成型。焙烧制得预焙阳极。本发明的制得的阳极兼顾了电导率和反应性的改善,不仅能够减小炭渣对于阳极电阻率好反应性的负面影响,还能够增大炭渣的可添加量,提升炭渣的利用效率。
