The invention discloses curing equipment for mass concrete. The curing equipment comprises a base frame; the maintenance equipment is provided with a maintenance water spraying system and a moisture-preserving and heat-preserving material laying system; and the maintenance water spraying system and the moisture-preserving and heat-preserving material laying system are both mounted on the base frame. The invention further discloses a construction method of the maintenance equipment. By the adoption of the technical scheme, automatic curing of on-site mass concrete, especially radiation-proof concrete with special requirements, is achieved, and the influence of human factors is avoided; manpower is saved, the laying quality of a moisture-preserving (heat-preserving) material is ensured, and a better moisture-preserving (heat-preserving) effect is achieved; and more efficient and stable maintenance is realized.
本发明公开了一种大体积混凝土的养护设备，包括基座框架；养护设备设置养护水喷淋系统、保湿保温材料铺设系统；养护水喷淋系统、保湿保温材料铺设系统均安装在基座框架上。本发明还公开了该养护设备的施工方法。采用上述技术方案，实现现场大体积混凝土，尤其是有特殊要求如防辐射混凝土的自动化养护，避免了人为因素的影响；节约了人力并且保证了保湿(保温)材料的铺设质量，起到更好的保湿(保温)效果；实现了更加高效、稳定的养护。
