Downward-hanging type mannequin bridge installation process
The invention provides a lower hanging type mannequin bridge installation process which comprises the following steps: pretreatment of a mannequin bridge: arranging a plurality of connecting assemblies along the longitudinal beam direction of the mannequin bridge; a plurality of connecting parts are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the man-machine non-bridge connecting assemblies, of the main beam; connection of the mannequin bridge and the main beam: connecting the mannequin bridge and the main beam by using a connecting assembly and a connecting part; a plurality of jacks located on the main beam are used, the connecting assembly penetrates through the connecting part and then is connected with the mannequin bridge, the jacks conduct lifting at the same time, the mannequin bridge is made to be close to the main beam to a set position, and lifting is stopped; and mounting the mannequin bridge: mounting a mannequin suspender between the mannequin bridge and the main beam to complete the mounting of the mannequin bridge on the main beam. The preformed holes are in one-to-one correspondence with the temporary lifting lugs, and it is guaranteed that the lifting rod is in butt joint with the man-machine non-bridge; during installation, the jacks are lifted synchronously, and the overall stability of the man-non-bridge is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种下挂式人非桥安装工艺,它包括以下步骤:人非桥的预处理:沿所述人非桥的纵梁方向,设置若干连接组件;主梁预处理:于所述主梁与人非桥连接组件对应位置,设置若干的连接部;人非桥与主梁的连接:利用连接组件和连接部,将所述人非桥和主梁进行连接;起吊人非桥:利用位于主梁上的若干个千斤顶,使得连接组件穿过连接部后与人非桥连接,若干个千斤顶同时起吊,使得人非桥靠近主梁至设定位置,停止起吊;安装人非桥:在人非桥和主梁之间,安装人非吊杆,完成人非桥在主梁上安装。本发明预留孔与临时吊耳一一对应,保证吊杆与人非桥对接;安装时千斤顶同步提升,保证人非桥的整体稳定性。
