The invention discloses a spare part type cantilever assembly aerial work platform for an all-welded steel truss girder bridge and a construction method of the spare part type cantilever assembly aerial work platform. The aerial operation platform comprises a main body truss structure, a suspension operation platform, a transportation system, a platform forward moving measure structure and a temporary anchoring system. One end of the main truss structure is arranged on the constructed main bridge steel structure, the other end of the main truss structure extends out of the constructed main bridge steel structure to be arranged in a cantilever shape, one of the main truss structures is constructed through a platform forward moving measure, and the temporary anchoring system is connected with the constructed main bridge steel structure; the transportation system comprises a ground-bridge floor hoisting device, a bridge floor transportation device and a bridge floor-platform hoisting device. Therefore, by means of the aerial operation platform, transportation-welding assembly of spare parts of all the sections of the main bridge steel structure can be achieved one by one, so that construction of the all-welded main bridge steel structure is completed, and it is avoided that corresponding ground supports need to be erected when the sections are overall hoisted and installed.
