The invention discloses a large-pile-diameter cast-in-situ bored pile orifice positioning device and a using method thereof.The large-pile-diameter cast-in-situ bored pile orifice positioning device comprises a rectangular frame fixed to the plane where a cast-in-situ bored pile orifice is located, the center of the rectangular frame coincides with the center of the cast-in-situ bored pile orifice, and telescopic devices are installed at the center positions of the four edges of the rectangular frame correspondingly; the extending end of a telescopic rod of each telescopic device faces the center of the rectangular frame, a positioning groove is formed in the position, close to the extending end, of the top of a rod body of each telescopic rod, and the positioning grooves are used for positioning a lifting ring of a reinforcement cage to be put down. The distance between the positioning grooves in the two opposite telescopic rods is equal to the diameter of a reinforcement cage to be lowered; the tops of the two opposite corners of the rectangular frame are each provided with a limiting plate assembly, and the two limiting plate assemblies are used for limiting the guide pipe platform. The reinforcement cage can be accurately positioned at a time, the installation time is shortened, and meanwhile displacement of the guide pipe platform due to vibration can be prevented.
本发明公开了一种大桩径钻孔灌注桩孔口定位装置及其使用方法,包括固定在钻孔灌注桩孔口所在平面上的矩形框架,矩形框架的中心与钻孔灌注桩孔口中心重合,矩形框架的四边中心位置均安装有伸缩装置,每个伸缩装置的伸缩杆的伸出端均朝向矩形框架的中心,每个伸缩杆的杆体顶部靠近伸出端的位置均开设有定位槽,定位槽用于对待下放钢筋笼的吊环进行定位,当每个伸缩杆伸出设定位移时,正对的两个伸缩杆上的定位槽之间的距离等于待下放钢筋笼的直径;矩形框架相互正对的两角位置的顶部均设置有一组限位板组件,两组限位板组件用于对导管平台进行限位。本发明能够一次准确定位钢筋笼,减少安装时间,同时能够防止导管平台因振动产生位移。
